Development layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent image release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling different sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
